On Monday 23rd the St Mark’s choir made their return to the Young Voices concert at the 02 Arena after a long hiatus. The event, originally planned for 2020, is the LARGEST choir concert in the world. On Monday approximately 8000 thousand children were singing together!
What an incredible experience it was for our choir. We sung our hearts out to the Beatles Medley, tried out beat-boxing with some beat-boxing world champions, took part in a mega rave, and invented a whole number of torch based challenges (Thanks, Mr McEleney).
Our choir were a shining testament to St Mark’s. A massive congratulations to them.
I am already looking forward to next year!
