Desert Class took part in a virtual workshop with the Institute of Imagination.
The class experimented with a range of natural ingredients and food waste to make natural inks.
They discussed the importance of reusing and reinventing waste in the context of climate change.
This workshop also linked nicely with our History topic (Stone Age), where natural items would have been used to draw on caves, and our Science topic, where we are looking at food and nutrition.
