Year 1 and 2’s visit to Finsbury Park Mosque.

Throughout the Spring Term, Year 1 and 2 learnt about the religion of Islam during RE.

We have looked at the rituals and traditions in Islam and compared the similarities and differences to Christianity.

To top off a great term of learning, the two classes went on a visit to the Finsbury Park Mosque.

Here, we looked at and learnt about the different sections of the mosque and what they are used for.

We marvelled at the beauty of the prayer room as we listened and learned.
