Today, Thankfulness Class went on a trip to the Moon! The children began the day with their essential astronaut training, then we had to prepare for our journey to the Moon. Children first got their “space passports” stamped and then proceeded down the ‘Space tunnel’ to board our rocket. During our time in Space, we had lots of fun exploring and learning about the Moon, life as an astronaut, rockets and the Solar System. During our visit, we even got to have a picnic on the Moon – it was out of this World!
