Caroline came into Coral class to show us how we could make Christmas decorations using plants from our garden.

We learnt that Ivy grows near our football pitch and that young Ivy has yellow flowers, which attract the bees. We also learnt that wood pigeons like to eat the berries.

We don’t have Holly growing in our garden but Caroline managed to find some for our decorations.

She showed us how we could use wire to thread cranberries.

Great for our ‘hand-eye’ coordination (well, every opportunity to improve handwriting has got to be good!)
