This week our learning will be focused on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths) activities.
We began with Pascal’s Triangle. We looked at numbers, patterns and predicted the next numbers.
We completed the triangle by adding the two numbers above to find the total.
We noticed a pattern.
When we shaded all the odd numbers we could see the pattern they made.
We also shaded all the even numbers and found that it too had a pattern, although different to the odd numbers..
We also found the formula to predict the next numbers.
