Today, Trust class pupils fully immersed themselves in the world of Ancient Rome through a hands – on history experience. As part of their research project on Roman culture, they had the chance to step back in time and live as young Romans for the day!
The adventure begun with a bread-making session. Guided by our traditional ingredients and methods, they worked hard to kneel, shape, and bake their dough, gaining a real taste of Roman daily life. Pupils even gathered to try out an Roman military strategy by practicing army formations with their creative shields and painting their own Roman sword.
It was an unforgettable day of hands-on learning, teamwork, and creativity as Trust class delved into the daily life of ancient Romans! We’re so proud of their hard work and enthusiasm in bringing history to life!
