This week, we had the pleasure of joining the rest of the Year 6 classes from the Deanery schools, at St Mary’s Church for our end of year 6 leavers celebration.
We gave thanks to God, for all the things we have learned thus far on our educational journey and for the support we have received from all of our teachers and TA’s throughout the years.
We got to hear from former Deanery school pupils, who shared insight into the transition to come and their experience. We also had the great pleasure of hearing from Little Simz, also a former Deanery school pupil, about her journey, her experience through secondary school and about maintaining a sense of motivation and dedication.
We sang, we celebrated our time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
