Today Year 5 have been learning about what made World War Two the most technologically advanced War of its time. We discovered that WW2 was fought over land, sea and air. We then looked further into detail at the Spitfire used by the Royal air force. This specific machinery is iconic to WW2 and brought the people of Britain hope. We spoke about the courage, bravery and integrity of the pilots that flew them.
We made our own models and tested them out, now they are on our display in class if you want to check them out!
