On the 12th October, Years 3-6 took part in a live assembly from Google and Parent Zone to learn about how to Be Internet Legends. This was a fantastic experience for the whole of key stage 2. ‘ The Internet Legends’ talked to the children about online safety and introduced the 5 key rules to keep safe online.
We learnt about the 5 pillars – Sharp, Alert, Secure, Kind and Brave.
We had a great time with our presenters Ellie and Daniel. The children were engaged and the presenters were very impressed with the knowledge that the children had about internet safety and the wonderful behaviour that they could see throughout the assembly.
