This term we have been learning about Arctic animals and other animals that live in cold weather. The children have had lots of fun exploring and finding out information about these animals.
Their particular favourites have been:
- Polar bears
- Penguins
- Snowy owls
- Harp seals
Another thing the children have loved doing is going outside and observing the ice they found. The watched it melt and enjoyed finding large pieces of it.

- Understanding the world
- Expressive arts and design
