For our RE lesson, we got to make bread! We learned about bread and wine as symbols relating to Easter, which are used by people all over the world to celebrate Holy Communion. The children got to make bread and talk about how Christians still share bread and wine today to remember Jesus’ death, in order that humans could be saved and have a relationship with God once again. Whilst kneading the bread, some of the children got very messy!
