The World Reimagined is a ground-breaking, national art education project to transform how we understand the Transatlantic Slave Trade and it’s impact.
Here at St Mark’s we decided to join in and make our own school globe. Children in every year group spent lots of time making beautiful flowers and bees which were added onto the globe until it was absolutely full. The Globe is a symbol of our school vision and reflects the importance of life on Earth. When the Globe was finished, it was displayed in St Mary’s Church alongside all the other Globes made by other Islington Deanery Schools. Thank you to everyone who helped bring our ideas to life!
