As part of British Science Week we had an action packed week filled with lots of exciting Science activities. We first thought about all the amazing discoveries and work scientists have done around the world.
We then began our first science experiment, making a volcano explode! We used bicarbonate of soda, vinegar and food colouring and watched all the chemicals mix together and cause a reaction. We tried this lots of times adding different amount of bicarbonate of soda and noticing the difference.
We have also made a terrarium with Caroline that we are keeping in our class to monitor for growth and changes.
Last but not least, we built cars!
